Our Best Screenproof server is getting a little long in the tooth, so I have been doing a fresh install on a newer server that we have at hand. Operating systems are the same (Winblows 2000 Server) and I have all attributes and preferences set the same. The Best Screenproof software is set to automatically scan a specific hot folder for any jobs every 30 seconds, but it is failing to see anything, even though sub-folders with 1 bit tiffs enclosed are present. Any ideas??
