Rounded ends on Pen Tool strokes.

I've looked on 'net tutes/sites, can't get the answer. need rounded ends on these Strokes. (screenshot)

Illy (or Indy... don't care, but am in Illy).

In the stroke menu there is a rounded end option. Im not on your version but it should be close if not the same.

You will most likely also want to change the corner option to the same thing (box immediately below the one Diddler suggested).
