Hi there,

I have task of design registration form 5+ pages with lots of fields and yes/no. text and much more. It's very easy to work with MS Word.

Is there any option/tool work in illustrator for this type of forms ? so i can easily manage/create tables and adjust its spacing etc...
who have worked with this type of complex form can easily understand my issue.

Use InDesign. The table feature is very similar to what you see in Word.

wonderings

Indesign without a doubt, though you need to know how to use the program, some find it difficult.

Is the intended result to print these forms? If not, I would say just use excel, it is very easy to set up forms especially if you know the program.

If you want to do tick boxes I have a tip;

- draw the box you need and Copy or Cut
- change to the text tool, select the place in the text box and paste

Your box is now an Anchored Object - options for precise position are in the Object Menu.  The tick box will now move with the text when you change leading, font size etc.

This is good for custom bullets etc. too
