so I do have one question... have updated Pitstop Pro to 13.2 (and acrobat now a well to 15.17) but every time I try to use 'remap colors' (under global changes) it opens the window for about a second and then crashes the application?

iMac retina 5k, 10.10.5

Same version of Pitstop and Acrobat as you and it works fine for me. The difference in our setup is that I do not have the retina display and I am running OS X 10.11.5 instead of 10.10.5.

dont really want to upgrade system software at present... I know they had issues when they updated the computer last year (mostly with preps) so not that keen to do it yet.

Its not a major, but its frustrating as I could have actually used it yesterday for the first time in ages!

I have Retina 10.11.5 I think updating your elcapitan may help

I was having weird issues, not the one you mentioned but updating to the latest of everything
helped me with all the Retina issues

oops, just saw you have an issue with preps and the upgrade

Preps 7 works fine on El Capitan.

I should, but can't seem to help myself...

hmmm I should look at upgrading preps 7 to 7.5...
maybe upgrade to El capitan...

maybe I need to find a man with a hammer LOL ;-)
