Error on attempted network drag/drop

See attached. I put a simple spread together in Indy to send out a Foil stamp on a printed job. OFC+OBC to view. Trying to drop into folder in upstairs office.
have resaved/Optimized, to no avail.
Small file, have emailed it in-house, asking for him to check he can open it after detaching.

It opens and copies fine here. Could be a disk error on your source or destination hard drive? Or maybe a network error?
