Granted our last version of Quark was 7 and we don't have it installed anymore (It doesn't work on Sierra or earlier if I remember right). What the heck is this Content Automation they repeat over and over anyway?

Well this is what they say about customer service:

Quark has reinvigorated its QuarkXPress software business, consistently putting customers first and out-innovating its competitors.

I bet you can expect customer service to be GREAT! 

For some reason I find it hard to believe anything in this article except the part about them getting bought up... It might be because it sounds like it was written internally by Quark and is posted on their own site.  :undecided:

Quark was walking dead years ago. It just needs a stake in the heart to end the misery. I can honestly say that we haven't received a Quark file since 2010. Even then, I rejected the file and told the client to send a pdf.
