Epson 7900 won't recognise 350 ml VLM cartridge

... my only cartridge, of course, just popped in as the 700 ml had run out. Put a 700 ml. Yellow in, same time, no probs. Yes, a genuine Epson cartridge, I think bought locally, but will have to backtrack to see.
Am sourcing now from PDF in Salem CT. Never had an issue with theirs. Any thoughts as to getting it to recognise? Rub the chip gently with a cleaning cloth? Mutter Salem witch incantations (wrong Salem, I know). :headbanger:

Am guessing as much, at this stage. Awaiting answer on stock here with Fuji. Otherwise a phone chase around Sydney. They're not that commonly held in stock, which is weird, really.

Just gave the chip interface a gentle wipe with overly-scented French spectacle cleaner, and ver cheap paper towel. Working :shrug:
Off to order more from the witches of Salem.
