Epson 7900 with Oris Tuner Web

Ok here's the deal:

Epson 7900
XRite Spectro Proofer 24"
Oris Color tuner Web Ver 2.0.1

I am getting error messages when I try to print through Oris

Error In ACCEL parameter processing

Any youse guys ever seen this?
I can print if I turn off Certification or remove the Spectro, but not when it is on and goes through a queue.

and of course, I have been on the phone...  orange, never heard of that...

nope, no number, just a text file with the above statement followed by a path to the invisible files.

Which you can get to and delete, then it may run one proof, fail certification because it can't hit the Delta E value, and after that, no mas

so far, I am playing phone tag with half the US, and the first half don't support or know what Oris is.

Windows PC? OS? Version?

Somewhere in the system folder there is a print queue for printers. I've had some success with some weird print problems on Windows before where clearing this folder out manually can help. Or maybe not. Sounds like a strange one.
