Acrobat Display: Viewing reader spreads but output single pages

Got a file from a dezinger who seems to know their stuff. Got the PDF as single pages, but they're arranged as spreads... so p1 on its own, pp2,3 adjacent, but obviously still single pages...
Anyone know what the setting tweak would have been for this on Export?

It seem more like how the file is viewed in Acrobat. You can save setting within the PDF to view the job the way the designer wishes.
