The latest update of CC seems to be a pretty good one.
The interface is better, and I think my pallets are not acting up,
I was continually having to click on the pallets to get them to open.

The zoom tool is now animated and you can shift zoom to do a marquee zoom.
some of the fixes are for Retina Display

Joe

Tracy, did you version of InDesign change? The latest should be 2015.4 but mine still shows as just 2015 even though it did the update at the same time as Photoshop 2015.5 and Illustrator 2015.3 and it would not even start up at first on my work machine but after trying 3 different times it started. My iMac at home won't even allow me to start InDesign after the update no matter how many times I try it.

Just noticed when I go to the InDesign menu and click "About InDesign" it does show it as InDesign 2015.4 so I guess it is updated. Just in the list of Apps in the Creative cloud app it is still showing as InDesign 2015.

Also did an uninstall of InDesign on the home iMac and then re-installed and all is working now. Shows as 2015.4 in InDesign but the creative cloud app still shows it as just 2015.

yeah my CC apps show 2015, also in the Apps Folder
weird how illy and PS shows the decimal number.
I'm liking the update to indy, do you see a difference in the interface?
Not sure if the update of the interface was for Retina
the text is bigger and I also have GPU Performance icon whatever that is
It looks like a rocket at the  top of the menu bar

Rut Ro, since the install of Illustrator, when I try to Edit object in From Acro to Illy an error
comes up AIGPUsniffer has closed unexpectedly, I found a solution:
In Adobe Bridge Preferences change the file extension to Illy not GPU Sniffer
it didn't help

Tracy

Just noticed I was using the CS6 Bridge, I'll be back

Joe

Is this it? I click it and nothing happens. I hover over it with the mouse and nothing happens. Not really seeing a difference in the interface. I wasn't having any issues with pallets before though. GPU stands for Graphic Processor Unit.

QuoteA graphics processing unit (GPU), also occasionally called visual processing unit (VPU), is a specialized electronic circuit designed to rapidly manipulate and alter memory to accelerate the creation of images in a frame buffer intended for output to a display.

CS6 is that last version of Bridge and it won't be updated in the future.

My icon looks like a rocket, and I'm Installing Bridge CC now

Joe

Trying to start Illy here. It has been 'initializing' for 8 minutes now. Nice work Adobe. (Finally loaded after 10 minutes)

My mistake. Bridge CC is the latest and won't be updated past that.

Mine is disabled because I don't have the proper hardware. Only works on:
