Does anyone use certified PDFs in regard to external customers, where you expect the customer to test and certify PDFs are worthy before sending files to you? many RIPs etc have this function now built in, but was curious how many customers have passed on the responsibility to comply to a set standard to their customers who supply print ready PDFs. Just curious if the time saved with some customers is offset by the problem it causes when people say they can not get their jobs to pass

Just curious when you have kit go down that is not covered by warranty or service contracts, what kind of range of costs do you pay for call out and per hour to get a service tech in?

Anyone help me with some something, I am new to pitstop and trying to do something I hope can be automated, we some times get jobs with a single spot colour but the spot colour is defined  such
as : PANTONE 123 C and *PANTONE 123 C. I have managed to create an action list to fix specific colours but is there any easy way to make it remap any spot with "*" infront to its correct pantone name?
