Yup I do (small shop) and am starting to get annoyed by the plates breaking up.
I output them on a an HP LaserJet5000, and I think the machine needs a rebuild. The shop I am at has been using this plate method for years now and never have had any problems.
I thought about changing the company we get the plates from (Graphline Optima DS Laser Plates) and then I was told by an insider that all of those laser plates are made from the same company anyways.
I am going to try double fusing the next job we get and see how the results are.
Anyone use this plate method? If so what are your thoughts? Have any tips? It looks like we are going to get a rebuild kit for the machine we have.
Thanks
