I have tried 5 times and reset my pw 5 times - still no access to my account. I just want to see what they have on me - I bought cs5 a few years ago but not moving. Kind of lucky actually as I have been changing to a newer more "secure" (cough cough). We need a touch sensor on a keyboard or a retina scanner through the camera.

QuoteThis is a huge irony in that Adobe is a an intrusive and constant pusher of updates (this is classic: http://xkcd.com/1197/), but they allegedly got hacked because they didn't install their own patches.

Then again, it's all good because it mostly affects the customers.

Don't forget the legal dept. suits anxious to fend off potential lawsuits.

Quote from: Joe on October 04, 2013, 10:16:53 AMMy debit card got compromised a couple of months ago. Still don't know where or how but the bank is still investigating. PITA!

i got one of those letters last week, it would be nice if they gave you some idea of where/when it happened, so you can stop going there..
When mine got jacked earlier this year, I not only found the company where it was used (an online sportswear place) they also were very helpful and even gave me the physical address of where the merchandise was going to be shipped! Of course, they cancelled all the orders when they flagged the suspicious purchases so the scammers got nothing, from me at least.

I wonder if anybody at my company is aware of this? But I guess if their card wasn't one of the ones compromised, they wouldn't get a notice.

I had a credit card number stolen and processed into a physical new card that was swiped in Texas while I was on vacation in Oregon back in June. Nothing like being on vacation and having to cancel your credit cards.

The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"

Got a new survey about the Adobe Cash Cow and how likely we are to subscribe, and if not, why not. Sounds like they're worried a bit.

I just got my one year of free credit/fraud monitoring from Adobe due to the "unfortunate" incident of "malicous" hackers.  So I got that going for me....which is nice!   :sarcasm:

As upposed to unmalicious hackers? Oh, yeah, like that guy who hacked a site recently just to do them a favor and show them where their weaknesses were.
