Aaron I found out that the new plate that we a going to is a baked plate. Last longer on runs and more stable. The P45s are good for AM, but FM they have issues.

I've heard the same thing. You must be talking about the Thermal Gold. They did mention there is another plate that is positive chem. called the P80. Anyone heard of that one?

Here it is. It's called Electra XD. I'll let you know when I find out more
