Azura C120 Processor Red Light

I cleaned out the fan that dries the plates the other day because it got some of the solution in there and I cant get the green light to go on! I took apart some of the plugs in there but double checked that all are plugged in correctly but keep getting red light. I think something may have shorted out but all the fuses I can find look ok. Are there any reset switches hidden anywhere on the right electrical box? Or any other suggestions how to get this thing back up and running?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

With the main power key. A reset may be all that's needed.
If not, pick it up, turn it upside down and shake it. Always works.
