Windows 7 did an update last night, and restarted. Upon launching ID CS5 I get the error message, FMCore has been stopped. You will need to start and then relaunch ID CS5.

I did a little research and found that FMCore.exe is part of Suitcase Fusion. I ended up having to launch a program called fmcore-prefpane.exe located in the Suitcase Fusion 3 directory to set the preference "open at startup" which for some reason was now shut off and causing a problem with CS5.

An annoying issue, but if anyone else sees this error, this is the fix.
"There's been a lot of research recently on how hard it is to dislodge an impression once it's been implanted in someone's mind. (This is why political attack ads don't have to be true to be effective. The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"
