Available in three sizes (6x8, 6x11 and 9x12), the Special Edition boasts a refined and sophisticated black and gun metal gray color scheme that would look good on any desk. Besides the cool new look, the Intuos3 Special Edition combines several value-add elements, while still offering all the features that have made the Intuos3 family of pen tablets the de facto standard among serious digital content creators. Valuable additions include:

    * Wacom's Classic Pen, in addition to the Intuos3 Grip Pen, for those seeking a different look and feel.
    * A Professional Accessory Kit that includes five standard nibs, five felt nibs, five stroke nibs, five flex nibs, an alternate pen grip without side switch            holes, one nib removal tool and one replacement side switch.
    * Transparent Overlay to substitute with the traditional Gray Overlay should the need arise.
    * A new creative software application package from Corel®, available on September 27 to Intuos3 Special Edition customers only through the Wacom Privileges program at: http://www.wacomoffers.com/SpecialEdition.

Right now I am using 6x8 Intuos USB at work but I have few old 12x12 ADB tablets (not used anymore) and 6x8 ADB at home that I am using still in OS X with Keyspan adapter. Somehow I liked the thinner pens better.
