Photoshop App Logo missing

Remind me again how to fix that my Photoshop logo is broke like a homeless man...

Switch to Corel Photo.  :sarcasm: No one uses Photoshop anymore. It's so 2010.

do you have any ps docs that have the correct icon on them?
if so,
get info on your good file, click on the icon in the upper left corner and copy, then get info on the PS app, select the icon in the upper corner and paste.  TADA!

Nope, .PSD's show as what the doc itself looks like...  see attached

Go to your Photoshop app file. Right click, Show Package Contents, go to Contents/Resources. The Photoshop app icon is PS_AppIcon.icns. Open in Preview. Copy and then Paste as David suggested in Get Info for the Photoshop app.

Thanks Joe.  But no good...  when I go to Get Info for the .icns file it has preview icon  :banghead:

No, you don't do "get info" on it you OPEN it in preview. I see you got it anyway.
