Pitstop 2022 not found after install

Late 2013 iMac 27 on Catalina

Fresh Catalina install after wiping the drive clean

Fresh Adobe CC install including Acrobat DC 2022

After installing Pitstop 2022 it does not show up in the tools in Acrobat nor can I find evidence that it is installed except for the Applications>Local License Manager with today's date.

I tried installing 2021 version but it would not install because there is a new version already installed.

I don't know what I am missing.

You should see something in Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Enfocus

You should see the plugins here: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/DC/Plug-ins

have a look in Acrobat preferences and see if the Certified Plugin is 'OFF'
Preferences > General > Use only Certified Plugins

Just went through this issue this week. This is what Enfocus support said:

Perhaps, that would be an option to try? The other option, if possible, is to upgrade the macOS to Big Sur.

Her suggestion of copying the folder from one machine that already had it installed worked for us (the machine we copied from had Big Sur, so I don't think it matters what system it is copied from as long as it is the correct Pitstop version.)

With it off Pitstop shows up.

Today, I had the exact same problem. 27" late 13 Catalina.

Installed Pitstop for the first time ever.

No Pitstop.

Also, I had only verified/certified plug-ins set to off, didn't work either
