Convert Pagemaker to PDF

There are not any text boxes in the PM document to create form fields for. At least I think it would have to have text boxes in the PM document for Acrobat to create form fields.

Here is a PDF with stock form fields Acrobat DC creates. You may be able to work with this...or not.

Thanks Joe. I called the boxes the wrong thing. I was hoping this file was complete so i can create those fields. Unfortunately I have to guess whats on those archive disks. they are old. I hate recreating forms.
