If Adobe and a few other companies spent half the time making sure their update or upgrade worked with common software that is usually used with them as the poor users spend trying to just do their job after the upgrade, there would be a lot less hairpulling.

Nobody is smart enough to ask the printer how they want art or data supplied, are they? I never had the pleasure of working for a place that charged extra for the extra work to straighten crap out, but I bet the customers would have howled if they were billed for what it actually costs for their laziness.

The only ones I've had are with Adobe Reader. They have all kinds of tools but whenever you click on one they tell you to subscribe to the full version. How about just don't show me anything I can't use? I know I can't do much with Reader but I'd like to find out what its capabilities are, if any.
