We used to have a program called PDF Shrink and it did an incredible job, not sure if it is still available.

We have BigSur up and running, using the latest pitstop and Acrobat, but Acrobat is buggy as hell. When ever you go from one page to the next you give a double flash, it's crazy. Mostly when the output preview is open. I am concerned that I may have a seizure here.
