Plate jammed when I was loading it and now I am getting this error. Accento S is the model. Has anyone experience this before and how did you get it fixed?

 I am remoting in to work. When I start up my Preps 6 software it does not see the hardware key. The key is on the pc that I am remoting into.  Does anyone know what I need to do to get it to let me work remotely?

In the last couple months I have been having a foaming issue with the bottle of chemical I attach to the processor. I have a Azura C85 processor for the last 2 years and have not had this problem. We run Azura TS Plates. It foams out the top of the bottle where it seals I have tried everything to keep it from doing it like a new gasket even plumbing tape still foams. I even tried drilling a tiny hole in the top of the bottle not a good idea! When I shut the unit off it would go off like a geyser lol.  I do not use any kind of detergent when cleaning the processor so it can't be that. Just wondering if anyone else out there is having the same problem and if so did you get it fixed?

Hi all we upgraded our software to CS5 the problem we are having is that when we are opening the older CS files CS5 can not read them. It does not see the .indd extension on the older files. Does anyone out there know if there is a setting in the new software I can turn on so it can see the older files?
