RBA to set vector scaling on output

I am attempting to have RBA take care of Flexo distortion on output.

Right now I have an RBA rule to Set Page Geometry to fit into a pre-distorted template which works, but I want to make it a little more universal.

The problem that I am running into is that in RBA "Perform Final Output" does not have an Process Template Override option.

Am I missing something, because I though that it would work like Perform Imposition Output, but I can't make a plate from there?
