Here's a link to a thread that contains a link to an OS 9.2 system folder on the Apple website. Farther down the thread, it tells you where to look in case the thing asks for a password, and how to get rid of the password sign-in entirely.

I thought you were going to say you hope none of your customers see this.

None of them are smart enough to follow instructions to make it work.

Worse, after I left one job, my old supervisor called me at home to ask how to send files through an FTP.

The longer I'm in this, the more I hate FTP, e-mail, Cloud crap...

People are so dependent on files traveling through 15 third world countries to get here over the inner-tubes, that a phone call or follow-through becomes a chore and often overlooked.

It's just one more excuse for a customer to claim no foul and have us pick-up the slack.

"I sent it before I went on vacation, though.."

Whatever. By the way, I hate X-Mas.

I do not like X-Mas. At all. I tell everyone I give all my gifts to Jesus. After all, isn't it his birthday we're supposed to be celebrating? Last time I went to a birthday party, I didn't have to get gifts for all attendees.
