You could use photoshop Text tool for assigning the text on the photo i think this is the best solution for you.

At first you can find fonts like that if you do not get then you could able to draw with the same style.

For text it can be converted in fully 100% black without that it should not possible i think.

There has option for ungrouping layers you can find that by right clicking.
