We do selective manual Archiving here, (the Archiving utility inside XMF), to external drives.

At some point, Archived jobs have started not showing the green tick in the Archive column of the Queue/Jobs window.

Anyone experienced this?

I'll email the Fujifilm tech, but thought I'd air it here as well.

On v6.6.0.2 (as flagged in Client app info).

Hey Mate,

I'll have a guess and say that your trigger to archive the job is "After Last Activity". Change it to After Job Completion and give it a spin.

You can't polish a Turd, but you can roll it in glitter!

I've had some issues with Archiving too, as in it's just not doing it and I've got jobs from beginning of the year sitting there. I'll try Diddler's suggestion, I think part of my issue is that it's supposed to push them to secondary server & my stupid Windows Domain Users are messed up.
A little diddie 'bout black 'n cyan...two reflective colors doin' the best they can.

hah... Wayne phoned me while I was en route home, in the local IGA. He was already in there poking around.

What it was ... he'd left it as 'Auto-Archive without rendered files'.

But I want to manually do it, as most of our stuff is pass-through stuff; once a show's finished and moved interstate, that's it.
But they were all 'Held', as our 'Blueline proofing' auto rule-ups need to be set to 'Hold' in XMF; so it was a show-stopper.
On Manual now, all good.
He told me you're traveling well in the wild west.

yeah you need to have the destination drive mapped. We've got a 1TB, but I've set up a 4TB in advance; I'll just have to redirect when the time comes.

Not sure how Restore would work from the original external drive once we've swapped.

I think maybe I can get in, find the Archive file, copy it onto the server Desktop, then Import from Archiver... I think...

Diddler may know.
