Yeah, far as I know there's NO embedded info in the PDF that would make this happen. Not even a JYLT contains the backup direction, I don't believe.

Have you sent any of the the files to HP to investigate? In my experience, they're more than thorough & willing to try and find reasons for these weird kinds of instances.

If you like, you could send me imposed PDFs out of each of your workstations, I'll put 'em onto our DFE (15k model so the B2 size is supported) and see what we get too.

Yah, it's a compiled PDF from the Storefront. I'll ask their support if there's a way to sort them by User before exporting maybe.

I've generated a 600+ Page doc (from an online ordering system) that contains orders, some times placed days apart, from specific people. I need to find say, Bob Smith's name, if it appears on Pg3 & pg 300 & Pg 552 so I can arrange them together.

The idea is, all of these orders are printed out & given to a Fulfillment Team to Pick/Pack/Ship so I need "like" names to all be grouped together.

We're on PrintIQ here, it's all web-based and SUPER extensive. Like, plan for months & months of your life to be committed to setup & configuration. Does pretty well most days though.

Jump Desktop, super cheap, install on as many Macs/Windows machines as you like.

Like Joe said, VPN access may be necessary - I had our IT vendor do mine so I run SonicWall Mobile any time I need to connect.

Canva is a no win situation from my perch.

I don't think they're merging the 2, maybe Canva wanted an entry into the desktop arena & this is the easiest  way to do that? Time will tell.
