When you select something that is colored Pantone Color Bridge 2147 Uncoated with Pitstop don't you see something like this with the listed CMYK values?

Yep, same figures as above, by the looks. Just I went through the conversion step.

Maybe I didn't make it clear; they'll be expected to run a Spot on that colour.

Photoshop says the equivalent Pantone+ Solid Coated is PANTONE 2756 C.
