See screenshots. The "Word" colors. I opened Swatch Options>cmyk>0,0,0,100. Correct?
Are these word pastes with RGB text, as I suspect?

Also, the Lab Color. I set "Process" in Swatch Options, but shoulfd I have found the  items with that color.? Edit in original app?

BTW, I am Exporting PDFs to my JobOptions, with Ink Mgr. set to convert all Spots to process.

They're Word colors used in the document or in Word art. I'd just alias them to black and call it good. You can replace the colors when applying a style sheet.

Assume it's pasted Word text, by the desinger. But you'd have to ask him/her.  Or do you mean the other Spots?

If it's a cryptic question, I'm happy to have a go, but...
