That's how it looks in the customize quick tools too

Tracy

Found it it's a conflict with the Retina Display, common problem
they're still in progress with a fix, I guess it's an adobe issue

Quote from: Joe on December 02, 2015, 04:54:05 PMAs far as I know there is no such thing as 'Acrobat CC 2014'. There is Acrobat X, Acrobat XI, and Acrobat DC. Acrobat isn't an official part of CC though you can install it through CC. But you can still buy it stand alone without a subscription plan. But yeah considering CC 2015 has been out awhile it isn't going to get any better for you.
Failing memory.   :old:   I pulled it off compadra's iMac, and it's as shown, but Indy, not Acrobat. Of course....
Same underlying problem for us remains, natch.

It really doesn't mean it is because your RIP isn't at the latest version. It could be the designer did something stupid. I KNOW! Hard to believe right?

HI Tracy
Little red icons are indeed an issue with Retina. The fix is to put Acrobat into low resolution mode. Do that by 'right clicking' on the Adobe Acrobat application icon in the applications folder and ticking the 'low resolution' option.

Adobe now told us how to resolve that (I think) so it should be updated in the next PitStop version.

The big yellow Lego blocks they still haven't told us how to fix these yet. These are new Plugin icons apparently, we are waiting in hope.

You might find the following tool set useful in Acrobat DC, it makes all the common PitStop tools and some Acrobat tools available in one click.

You can load this via the Custom tool in Acrobat DC.

Thanks ABC! very helpful

Frailer, Fuji is compatible with El Capitan, there may be some glitches tho.
Apple loaded El Capitan on my other imac and the XMF is still working.
I am calling Fuji today to load XMF on my new computer.
Fuji is having an update really soon that fixes the glitches.

Going to call Adobe today about the Output preview problem with Acro DC
It's a problem I can't deal with.

I think I'm going to unregister my pitstop 13
and put pitstop 12 In acro 10 till this problem gets resolved.
The output preview in Acro 10 works fine on my Retina Display
so it is definitely an Acro DC problem.

so all I need to do is unregister the pitstop 13, no need to uninstall.
and load in 12 into acro 10, yes?

Joe

Can you not install version 13 into Acrobat 10?

There are other items installed with Pitstop in the system other than the actual plug-in for Acrobat. I'm not sure what kind of results you might end up with if you install an older version over a newer version.
