Sherpa calibration woes

We've been trying to calibrate our Agfa Sherpa through the QMS / X-rite calibration setup and we're having problems.

Once you go through the whole process it gives an error message in the ink table for YELLOW.

We've exhausted all options on the "on screen" help except the Relative Humidity one which states that the humidity should be between 40 and 60 percent. Apparently it's pretty dry in this room but we don't know for sure without a meter.

Wondering if anyone else has had similar problems. (the Sherpa is about 6 years old running the original heads but the nozzle check is fine)
