Quark 8.5 PC - Damaged PDF?

When Printing / PDF Export, get "blah, blah, blah, PDF is Damaged and will output as Low Resolution"
Seems random.
I was thinking memory error.

Never had that problem but found this:

Open your PDF ads in Acrobat. Go to the File Menu>Save As. In the popup tab there that you find for filetype, click on it and select EPS. Click the Options button. Make sure you embed all fonts and include an image preview. Save and then import the EPS file.

It does sound like a memory issue.
