find objects that overprint

Need help with an action - I'm trying to make an action to find objects that overprint, but instead it's finding all the objects that DO overprint? Any idea what I'm missing here - See Attached. Also, on PitStop 12. I guess the more I think about it, If the action would overlook Black, that would be great too...

Did you mean to say it's finding objects that don't overprint?

Your Check says 'all objects must overprint'
So it's correctly finding all objects that don't overprint.

All Black Text below 12pt must overprint.
Slightly complicated as there are 4 ways to describe 'black' in a PDF.
