Sent in-house dezinger an Optimised-to-LoRes proof of imposed forme, out of XMF. (Optimised in A9 Pro after Export). Said dezinger views a logo on a pages as Mono/Gray. We jump through hoops trying to fix, get her to resupply etc. etc....
When she opens and views the same file this morning, logo is viewing as desired 4 col.
Possible explanations on her iMac? She has A9 Pro as well.

Did it change when she zoomed in/out? What about printing on a desktop printer?

All over...gorn!  She puts me in mind of those twisters over there. Strikes without warning... causes havoc... goes.   We shall never know what she did, or didn't, 'see'.

Sounds like my customers. Or even our CSRs. Your described issue is perplexing, but usually it falls into the classification of "you are fucking retarded".  :death:

Does she rotate in the opposite direction, since you're in the southern hemisphere?
"There's been a lot of research recently on how hard it is to dislodge an impression once it's been implanted in someone's mind. (This is why political attack ads don't have to be true to be effective. The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"

Oh deffo. Our winds go:
-clockwise around a low
-anti-clockwise around a high

Mr Coriolis makes them do it.
