Yes, been using FileZilla (Mac) until now. Beware though. You have to watch which version, depending on OS X version. RBrowser doesn't seem to have any issues though. (10.4.11 here).
If you do install a FileZilla on Mac that works, NEVER update it...it can break. If you're not using anything on Mac presently, IMO, go for RBrowser.

I had a similar prob when I updated FZ on Windows XP. It broke and would not import all my FTP accounts. Lucky, it didn't write over the older version so I went back & forth and had to manually enter all my FTP accounts into the new version.

Just got a new gigabit wi-fi router this morning and put it online. I opened the ports for ftp, but it's not working. All IPs are static. Any ideas?

In addition to what David asked...did you map the internal IP address of the computer running the FTP server to the open port?

I figured it out - it was port forwarding... not port triggering
