Not seeing that screengrab too well, not sure what the prob is, though am sure there is one, if you're saying so. Maybe PM abc; he'll get back pretty quickly. Well, I assume he's a he.   :undecided:

Much better. I know I have moved paths via that screen so not sure why no sizes/position is showing on yours. Let me check...

How big's that file, gtrev? Maybe DropBox it in a PM to abc.   :undecided:

Maybe I need to install the updates - I've got the first build of Version 11 - I've not bothered as yet because it seems like such a palaver thru the Enfocus site? - Maybe it's just me  :hangme:

I shouldn't have to download a complete version again?

I kinda like Pitstop 7 - 11's not bad either except for the bug I mentioned - here's the screengrab

Glorious Freehand 9. Good times.

So,  :drunk3: i send the job to the rip with live transparecy (v 1.7 or whatever) and it craps out with a memory error.

I think each update is a full blown version. But from 11 to 11 update 1 it is free and you shouldn't have to worry about reactivating again. Unless something goes wrong but hey, what could ever go wrong with software installations?

They always work flawlessly. I don't even bother reading upgrade instructions because it just works.

Correct as stated, each version is a full blown version with a 30 day trial built-in
If you have 11 installed and running then 11 update 1 will just install over the top as Joe said, no need to re-license or anything it's an update of 11
the situation will be the same for the upcoming 11 update 2.

I would really recommend updating to the 11 update 1 version, it's a much better version than 11.

I did a quick test with a packaging file I have and it seems to work as expected, it is entirely possible that there was a bug in 11 as there were a lot of UI changes under the hood.
