Title: Units and Increments
Post by: hansonian on February 26, 2009, 07:58:24 AM
Got a new machine that I just loaded CS3 on. I know the default unit of measurement is picas but I need it to default to inches. I've done this before on the other machines here but I can't remember what I did (my caffeine hasn't kicked in yet). Any help on this would be appreciated since I have very little time to mess with this before I have to catch a plane south.

First one with the correct answer gets a free beer next time they're in central Florida courtesy of me.

what he said, but do it with no document open (to make it an application default)...

I changed it there originally and it kept defaulting but I always had a document open. Since you were both on the money I got a beer for each of you, let me know when you want to collect.
