Wordpress users?

Is anyone hosting a website with wordpress and if so do you have any idea if they have a plug-in that would let you host a photo competition? We're looking for someway for contestants to upload their own pics easily. Like you'd upload a profile picture. It sounds like it should be a no-brainer but we can't figure it out.

You can use the NextGEN Gallery and then get the NextGEN Public Uploader which is an extension to NextGEN Gallery which allows frontend image uploads for your users.
