Hi there,
We are using EAN-128 barcode in our Kodak Preps 7 for the binding process.
I would like to know is there any auto generator 2D barcode compatible with Kodak Preps 7?
Do you have Prinergy as well or Just Preps? Prinergy added 2D marks in Prinergy 6 and Preps 6. Kodak calls them Datametrix. I am experimenting with them now as well, we are looking at barcoding plates for use with a NELA system.

I am using Kodak Prinergy 6 and Preps 7.
Do you have any documet to share for the Kodak Datametrix?
If you do a search in the Help the attached comes up.
You may also need to look up using custom fields.
I am working on plate identifier barcode. I have a surface custom field named "barcodetester":
$[compound_%Jobname<5>%_%ImpPlanName<10>%_%Sig<2>%_%SID%_%color<1>%]
In Preps I add a text mark:
$[DataMatrixSurface_BarCodeTester_22]
I get a 2 D barcode with the job number (our name), name of job, sig number, side and color.
