Nexus error...not enough disk space...why?

What is the max. file size that can go through Nexus?...using JDF out of preps and failing at the Rip, plenty of available space on Nexus. The same job went through the Rip a month or so ago but is failing now.
It was version 9.5.8 then and still is.

Any thoughts

Have you restarted the RIP? That would be the first thing I would do.

Yes already tried that.

Not the first time we have gotten this error.
When this happens we just output multiple JDF's instead of one ( ie..break down into a JDF for each form)

but this is an exact reprint that went though as one JDF a month ago but is now failing.
