Whenever I hear about private equity stuff I think of the Winklevoss Twins.  :rotf:

They look like the standard frat boy living on daddy's money with a little of date rape sprinkled in.

Quark was walking dead years ago. It just needs a stake in the heart to end the misery. I can honestly say that we haven't received a Quark file since 2010. Even then, I rejected the file and told the client to send a pdf.
Agreed.  I love Quark and used it for many years - it was better than Pagemaker at the time but things have moved on.  Quark isn't 100% Postscript compatible and that puts it in the same category as Microsoft Publisher for me.  We ask clients to supply PDFs and to check those PDFs before they are sent, because however they look, that is what you will get.
