Can I get out of this? Friday AM frantic...head not clear.  ::) Need to convert Spec Black to Process black. When I "Ink Manage", seem to lose the Silver as well, but need to run it as Spot. Is there a duotone "link" or something getting in the way. Silver shows up as zero after "Ink Manage" on the Spec Black only.

...sorry, guys'n'gals. I got it... :-[ :-[  Tools>Print Production..[well, I am in a printery]   :-[ >Convert Colors. Maybe it might help someone else sometime...that's my excuse.  :D

As you noticed. Ink Manager makes no modifications to the actual PDF. Only the way it is represented on screen.

And be careful with the Acrobat "Convert Colors". If you have transparency in the file it will usually botch it up.
