We are having an issue after about 150 sheets the ink doesn't fix to the substrate properly. We are running 8mil GPA clear window cling. Anyone else having this problem? GPA makes you feel like you are the only one, but doesn't offer any help.

Hi Bugs :hello:
sorry no info for you just wanted to say Hey!

Slappy

I know we've run it on our 5000, don't think there was any issue with ink adhesion though. Our press op is gone for the day, I'll leave a note to ask him in the morning though. He knows a lot of tricks for trouble stock.
A little diddie 'bout black 'n cyan...two reflective colors doin' the best they can.

Bugs - Not sure if you ever resolved this, our Press Op said the only thing he'd try is lowering the temp when the job is running, but I'm not sure how much control you have on those 7000s.

Hey guys thanks for the help. It seems to be the stock. We were running GPA 8mil and always have issues. we switched to Coast to Coast 8 mil and everything is better.
