Collecting cassete has not been emptied

Hi i have a problem with my heidelberg herkules imagesetter it shows an error Collecting cassete has not been emptied
and then the consequences are to print becouse the films are not of the same size (trapping)
what should i do

You sound as though you have been thrown in at the deep end, prepressure. I've never run a Herkules filmsetter, but by the sound of it, your cut-off (waste film), collection bin has sensed it being "full". There must be a door you can open to clear the cut-offs out. That's how it was on the Screen Katana we had.
It should either self-cancel when you close the door, or you may need to reset something on the console as well. Do you have a manual for the machine...as in, operator's manual? Should show you in there, if you have. Otherwise, if it's a machine unfamiliar to you, you have a tough job ahead.
