It is sad to see when companies like this get too big for their britches. They destroyed Ghost after version 8. I have spent countless hours wrestling with their enterprise products. I've learned to run my servers virtual, use snapshots, and NEVER install a patch until I see what the suckers have to say in their forum about it first.
