When Joe says "No People"
I know he doesn't mean me

Price of admission is freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Shhhhh...keep it a secret.
Give me good old Scottish shortbread anytime. Butter, brown sugar, flour - pure goodness.

My wife makes them many times a year with bits of cranberries in them. They are TOO GOOD!

I hook up my external directly to my NAS and backup from NAS to external. I format as NTFS. l can then hook if up directly to Mac, pc, or NAS if I need to.

Ah ok you answered a couple questions there.
I may try and hook to my NAS and yes just Macs

Joe

I have Disk Catalog Maker on my Mac. Once the backup to the NTFS hard drive is finished on the NAS I then take it the Mac so it can catalog the contents into Disk Catalog Maker. Then put the hard drive on the shelf.

Where do you format the drive?
Not seeing NTFS on the Mac, just hooked up drive to my NAS
