I think you're using the right question.

I think it's too difficult for someone to take a "course books and notes." its different experince with the press, since much of the obvious is in the useless manual hp.

As an example I say, I traveled to Holland to the Center of training and I brought all the manuals I could and I never or very little use, I was much more useful to interact with my tutor. Until hpindigo buy indigo inc. I could not call more (tutor).
Right now I pay my service contract and I call at least 2 different numbers and wait 48 hours to get answers almost always useless, is less direct and more inefficient.

I'm trying to say is that much of what you can learn and settle into the machine you succeed in everyday experience (like most things in life) and I doubt anyone ever noting this. So except for some parts and age of some pieces of which can be any record. many I would say 80% of the situations that can stop the machine are a mystery even to the technicians hpindigo behind the phone.

So I think, are very valuable space like this forum where you can get much of that every day from other users

but I'm sure something will serve use this route for resolving any operational or maintenance problems

Do not use much YTD. The market for customization is not very attractive in my country. Here there is no direct mail and so on. So much so that we recently updated all the software of the press to Win xp (previously used NT) and chose not to install anything YTD
