Hi all. Its been a while. I have been upgraded to preps 7 and it seems to have lost some things that preps 5 could do. Maybe I just can't figure it out, but in preps 5 I could say have an impo of 4 business cards with the cropmarks around them, then place an independent page that is 5.5x8.5 over the top of the business cards so the final would have the marks for the the BCs and marks to trim out the 4 up sheets. We do this for masters. I can not figure out how to do this in preps 7. When you place the independent page, it deletes the marks around the BCs. Please help me .

I just got a request to turn 150 scans of diagrams to vector art and have the type be live (editable). Does anybody have an easy way to do this? Here is a sample image.

We are having an issue after about 150 sheets the ink doesn't fix to the substrate properly. We are running 8mil GPA clear window cling. Anyone else having this problem? GPA makes you feel like you are the only one, but doesn't offer any help.

Does anybody here have one? If so do you have an issue with the cleaning station motor only when you get ready with a cold start?

We are about to upgrade to both. We are on 10.4.11 and Prinergy 4. Like to hear some feedback.

Anyone get this error and if so where in the hell can you turn "use trap setting from input file if present" off?

Is anybody printing to an epson inkjet strait from Prinergy without going through a third party rip? If so, how do you have it set up? I've been racking my brain on this one. 

This may get complicated, so here we go.... I need to network 2 companies, that are about 45 miles from each other, so that both can use the Prinergy server that is at 1 of the locations. It has to be as if someone from the other company is in the same room, speed wise. The server will be running a Trendsetter that is at the other location.

Have you guy had a problem with Indesign CS4 locking up? I do an opt,com,esc and it says Indesign (not responding). It doesn't happen with CS2 and 3. I'm on an 2 x 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Mac with 5 GB of Ram. I'm using OS 10.4.11.
