Has anyone here changed/cleaned the coronas in their KM6500? Our new service tech is a far cry from our last one... :death:

You may recall that are service contract on our KM was moved to another company. The new tech isn't that great, he has been here three days this week and we're still down. :angry:
Looks like KM USA is breathing down their necks, boss is currently in a conference call with them...this ought to be an interesting day.

A few weeks ago we had 3 diff techs in here for a stapling problem. I ended up fixing it myself.  :laugh:
